Certificate Endpoint

There are several WS standards that need to be followed in order to connect to one of our certificate endpoints, and they are listed below. These standards are in use because of DIACAP specifications. It is highly recommended to use an existing framework to handle creating all of the requests and request headers, as trying to create them manually would be extremely difficult. You will also need an appropriate certificate for signing your requests.
